Storms are temporary so be content and rejoice. This text describes the joy of Paul preaching and living with confidence/faith in Christ despite the prison & chains (storms) he experienced. Be like and rejoice as Paul did in every situation. Everybody goes through hard times. but do not let it take your joy. We all must see the character of God and hopefully respond in faith.
